When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase products from Pizza Joker. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at our discretion. Order confirmation via email constitutes our acceptance.

2.2 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP)
  • Prices include VAT where applicable
  • Delivery fees are added at checkout and vary by location
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice
  • Pricing errors: If we discover a pricing error after you've placed an order, we'll contact you to inform you and give you the option to cancel

2.3 Payment

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept:

  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

3. Delivery

3.1 Delivery Areas

We deliver within a specific radius of each Pizza Joker location. Delivery availability and fees are displayed at checkout based on your postcode.

3.2 Delivery Times

We aim to deliver within 30-45 minutes. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to weather conditions.

3.3 30-Minute Guarantee

If your delivery takes longer than 30 minutes from order confirmation (excluding delays beyond our control), contact us for a discount on your next order. This guarantee does not apply to collection orders.

3.4 Delivery Requirements

  • Someone must be present to accept delivery
  • Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
  • If no one is available, we may leave the order at your door (at your risk) or return it to the store without refund

4. Collection Orders

Collection orders can be picked up from your selected Pizza Joker location during operating hours. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID if paying on collection.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement by contacting us immediately
  • Once preparation begins, orders cannot be cancelled
  • You cannot cancel an order that is out for delivery

5.2 Refund Policy

You may be entitled to a refund if:

  • Your order is significantly delayed without notification
  • Items are missing from your order
  • Food quality is not acceptable (must be reported within 1 hour of delivery)
  • Incorrect items were delivered

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for frivolous or fraudulent claims.

6. Food Safety and Allergies

6.1 Allergen Information

Allergen information is available on our menu and upon request. Common allergens in our kitchen include:

6.2 Cross-Contamination

8. Promotional Offers

  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms and expiration dates
  • Only one promotional code can be used per order
